Do the flowers come in a vase? |
Some of our arrangements do come with a vase included in the price. For those that don't, we display a range of appropriate containers in the 'Extras' panel of the product page for you to add to your order if you so are interested. |
Can I order a vase to go with the flowers? |
Absolutely. If the flowers you are ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order. |
Can I include a gift message with my order? |
Yes, of course! The gift message will be either hand written or printed on a high quality card and included with your order. It's free or of charges. The gift message itself can be up to 200 characters long. |
Can I send my order anonymously? |
All information provided by the sender is kept anonymous. The recipient will only see the message from the greeting card you've provided (if you choose to include one). |
How do I order from Giovannette & Co. website? |
It's as easy as clicking a few buttons. Once you've found a product that you like, simply click the 'Add to Card’ button next to the product picture (from website view) or below the product picture (from smart phone view) to be taken to our easy 3-step checkout. During checkout, you'll be asked to provide the name and address of the person to whom you're sending the product, your own billing address and your credit card details. You will also get to choose a delivery date and time and write a short card message. Throughout the whole process, you can rest assured that all your details are stored and transmitted securely. |

Can I pay for my order on delivery? |
We can't accept payment on delivery'. All orders must be fully paid for prior to dispatch. |
What is the quickest way of contacting you if I`m having trouble paying for my order? |
If your payment has failed, it is very important that you try to contact us as soon as possible as, without payment, we are not able to deliver your order. During our business hours from 9AM to 6PM, the best way to contact us is to text / whatsapp us at (65) 94876579. If outside of our business hours, please e-mail us and we will do our best to contact you back as quickly as possible. |
Why has my payment failed? | There are a number of reasons why your payment could have failed. The most common reasons are that the bank has declined the card, the security code is incorrect, or the card limit has been exceeded. Sometimes, a credit card may work on some e-commerce websites, but not on others. This is outside our control. |
How do I amend my order? |
For any amendment to your order, please text us at (65) 9487 6579 OR email us at info@giovannette.com with the order number as the subject header. Requests must be made at least one day (24 hours) before the delivery date. We are unable to process changes for orders already prepared and/or dispatch. We'll get back to you with the confirmation if the amendment is still possible. |
Can I change greeting card message? |
Yes, you can change your greeting card message as long as you inform us at least 24 hours before dispatch. After that time, we cannot guarantee to be able to make the amendment. We'll get back to you with the confirmation if the amendment is still possible. |
I've ordered more than once. What can I do? |

I`ve not received an order confirmation, what should I do? |
We automatically send out an order confirmation email once we receive your order. However, sometimes customers do not receive these emails. If you want to double-check that we've received your order, please email us stating your name and the recipient's postcode and delivery date). |
I`m having a problem ordering online, what can I do? |

What happens if the recipient isn`t in when you deliver? |
Our delivery staff / courier will attempt to call the recipient (if the contact number was provided by the buyer during placement of order) and wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. In case if the recipient is not contactable via the given contact number, we will inform the buyer via email and he/she may choose to pay an additional $15 for re-delivery at a later time or opt for self-collection at Giovannette & Co. premises. |
